The story behind My Cause My Gift

OUR STORY

My Cause My Gift is a division of Gstrasse, LLC, a family owned holding company and a dream come true for son and mother team Andrew and Gretchen. A graduate of Lee Business School at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Andrew set his sights on developing e-commerce entrepreneurship and combined his mother’s lifelong love of giving into this beautiful site. Their mission is simple, provide everyone an opportunity to double-down on the joy of giving by purchasing wonderful products for friends, family, or a little something for themselves, and a portion of the proceeds go toward promoting and supporting favorite non-profit causes. A win-win for all involved. Join us in the joy of giving back!

At My Cause My Gift, we believe that everyone deserves access to products and services that make a difference. We are committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to all individuals, including people with disabilities.

What We're Doing

We are actively working to ensure that our website is in compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which outlines how to make web content more accessible to a wider range of people with disabilities, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive, and motor impairments.

Some of the steps we’ve taken and are continuing to take include:

keyboard navigability throughout the site

alt text for all images

color contrast meets accessibility standards

clear headings and labels

responsive and usable across devices and screen sizes

skip navigation links for screen reader users

Ongoing Improvements

We are constantly reviewing and improving our website to enhance accessibility. While we strive to adhere to the best standards and guidelines, there may still be areas we are working on improving.
